Quality: a constant ambition
A high and uniform quality is crucially important for HOWE. We are therefore extremely quality-conscious, and are always striving to improve our products and services.
The principles for managing and developing our quality concept are described in our quality policy, which applies to all activities and processes at HOWE's premises on Funen.
A number of the initiatives described in our quality policy are broadly formulated activities which must be implemented over a time span of one-to-three years, while others are very specific targets which can be met within max. 12 months.
Some of HOWE's quality objectives:
• Maintain and develop a certified quality management system (DS/EN ISO 9001).
• Boost customer focus to ensure our products meet customer specifications.
• Improve supplier performance.
• Implement new customer-focused activities and projects with a view to improving quality assurance.
• Measure quality performance and improve average performance by 2 per cent a year over the next three years.
